Naturally, we weren't doing any such thing. We were just marketing and selling better than any of our competitors. That, and we truly had built the ultimate sales machine with procedures and policies for selling that all the salespeople had to follow. What about that "90 minute tour"? Well, that's usually really about six hours long, and it's not a tour at all. Instead, it's hard-core negotiating reminiscent of a hostage situation.

They'll start out by telling you how much money you're wasting by not owning a timeshare. They position it as you'd have to be some kind of an idiot to not buy the timeshare immediately.

Then they'll throw out some hugely inflated number that you don't even spend on several years' worth of vacationing. And even if you could use this timeshare at that rate, it's not likely that this business is going to be around for that 20 years, because of course they are a fly-by-night operation.

If you muster up enough courage to tell the first salesman "no", they'll look at you like you're stupid and bring in a "closer". The closer will then throw another offer at you that is usually less than half the price of the first offer to make you think you're getting a deal.

It's true that not every timeshare company is one of these fly-by-night operations. However, most of them are. Don't fall for one of their "tours," because they're not only not a great deal, but you're wasting your time and maybe your money simply to be badgered by people who are out to make money off of you.

If you do go, stay firm. Don't fall for any of their tactics and if you don't want to buy, don't. You should never let someone pressure you into buying something you don't need or want. Starting a online business does not have to be difficult. In fact, anyone with the basics of computer skills can start earning easy money. In this article I will take your through the various steps, using one of the options available for starting a online business.

The easiest method to make easy money on the internet is to sell products. If not your own, then by selling other people's products for a commission.

Chances are, that if you are in the beginning stages of starting a online business, you most likely do not have a product of your own. So what we are going to do, is show you how to sell other peoples products.

You need a product to sell. As ClickBank has the widest selection of products. This would be a good place to start, by opening a free account. When the account is set up you will receive a few directional emails. Read them, as well as the "getting started" section on the ClickBank Site. This will give you an idea of how the system works.

You will also need to open an account with Google Adwords. This account you will use to advertise the product and also to do keyword research. More on this later. You will need a credit card to open the account and there may be a nominal setup fee. You cannot really go any further without an Adwords account, so don't let the cost throw you.

When you are notified that your account has been set up. It is important that you read up to find out how the Adwords system works. Google has lots of information on the subject. In simple terms. Your advertisement will be based on certain keywords. You will place a bid on the keywords that you will use to sell your product. But, the more popular the keyword, the higher the bid.

Now to find a product. Go to the market place in ClickBank. You will see that there are lots of categories to choose from. In the beginning, it may be advisable to choose a category that you do have some knowledge in. Then select 5 to 10 products that pay commissions in the region of $20 or more.

Now we are going to do some research to find out if the product can be profitable. For this purpose we will be using the Adwords keyword tool. Enter the exact full name of the product you have chosen in the tool and let google find keywords.

The number of searches for your product is important. As a rule of thumb. If there are less than 3000 searches per month. It may not be very profitable to market that product. Next thing to look at is the competition and what the suggested minimum bid is. Remember, the more the competition, the higher the needed bid will be.

But keep in mind that someone entering the search phrase "how to knit gloves" wants to know how to knit gloves. It is then reasonable to assume that out of every 100 clicks on your ad at least one sale should be made. And working on a 100% profit. It means that if the minimum bit is suggested at .10c you will break even on that one sale. Any additional sales are all clear profit.

This may not sound like you will not be making a lot of money. But, repeat the same procedure with 20 to 30 products giving a profit of $300.00 each per month. See how it ads up.?

Now let's take it one step further. Look at the other keywords suggested. What you are looking for is 5 or 6 other keywords that are closely linked to the product you are selling. These keywords you analyze on the same principals as explained above. Bear in mind though, you do not need 1000's of keywords. A few well chosen keywords will do the job.

So far so good. The last step is to write the advertisement you are going to publish. For the title of the ad, use the exact name of the product. For example, if the product is "How to Loose weight". That would be your title. Then do a search for the title and have a look at the competition ads. Get some ideas, and write your own, but a little better.

A word of warning. Playing the Adwords game can be a very expensive exercise if you do not monitor your monthly spending against sales made. You also need to be able to monitor your ads and keywords, to find out which are working and which are wasting you money. If you do this. LVNV Funding is a purchaser of debt. They purchase debt both domestically and internationally.

They will buy debt from other collection agencies, finance companies and banks. Then they outsource the actual collection effort to Resurgent Capital Services and a variety of other collection agencies.

Resurgent will try and collect payment on an account for LVNV Funding. However Resurgent also outsources some of their accounts to other collection agencies.

Accounts collected upon are often credit cards and other forms of unsecured debt. If LVNV is contacting you it is regarding a delinquent debt.

LVNV Funding uses credit reporting as a method to recover payment. They can and will create a negative mark on your credit report if they are unable to collect payment. They also can sell your account to another collection agency if they can not recover payment.

I often given them a resounding "Yes" since our agency receives requirements for domestic assistance from expatriates from time to time. Thanks to the power of internet marketing.

Out of my curiousity, I often ask why filipino domestic helpers in Hong Kong prefer to work with Western employers rather than Chinese employers. It is interesting to note that the former tends to be more understanding and are willing to pay higher than the minimum salary set by the Hong Kong government.

There are four major areas where Western employers show an edge over the Chinese employers in terms of their treatment of Filipina domestic helpers. They are atmosphere of work environment, consideration, socio-psychological distance and personal space. This study has been conducted by Chinese University of Hong Kong on how maids in Hong Kong are treated by their employers.

The data were based on in-depth and structured interviews of Filipino helpers who have served both types of employers. A few Western and Chinese employers were also interviewed.

The study shows that Western employers tend to provide their Filipino maids with easier and more comfortable work environment compared with the Chinese employers. They are more considerate, and are more likely to treat their maids equally and to allow them more personal space, thus, giving their helpers more satisfaction in working for them.

With the treatment of Filipino maids, homogeneity of expectations, attitudes and actions is also a trait of Western employers, as the study shows. Unlike the Chinese employers who are more detailed in expectations and diversified, Western employers tend to concentrate, generally, on the positive side. To sum it up, Filipino maids are more likely to know what Western employers are expecting of them and how they would be treated versus the Chinese whose treatment would greatly vary from one employer to the other. - 2364
